Meet The Team

Brad Dompé - Founder

Brad has worked in IT his entire life. From the early days spending hours PEEKing and POKEing a paranthetical bird across the screen, he has always had a passion for development. There is a creativity, a satisfaction, to building the ideal solution to a problem that never gets old. Starting as a software developer and currently a Program Manager, Brad has a wide spectrum of experience. He has a PMP and certificates in PMP, ScrumMaster, ITIL Foundations.

Shannon - Business Analysis and Quality Assurance

With over 20 years of experience Shannon has proven herself to be a highly effective business analyst. She can adapt her requirements and testing approach to fit any lifecycle or project size. Past environments have ranged from 6 person start-ups with very light methodology, to global pharmaceutical companies with strict regulatory requirements.

Gillian - Graphic Design

Gillian is a recent addition to our creative design team but she has already made an impact. She is a talented artist with a keen eye for colours and shading. Working together, she can help you find the right look for your project.
